As well as offering consultation the CSS Outreach Service runs workshops and training packages aimed at all or specific school staff on a range of behaviour related subjects such as:

• Attachment Theory
• Positive Behaviour Management Strategies
• Effective Communication
• Priming and Nudging Pupils to Behave
• MDA workshops
• NQT Behaviour Management Training
• De escalation
